Main Structure
The Impact Crusher mainly consists of rotor, counterattcak board and some other components.
Rotor is fixed on spindle, the blow bar and the rotor is in rigid connection. Rotor is the most important working part of the impact crusher, it must have the enough weight in order to accommodate to the need of the large ore crushing process. So the rotor of large impact crusher is usually use the integral steel structure. The type of the impact plate mainly includes three forms, that is fold line, circular arc and structural type. The structural type is the key element that influence the crushed ratio of the impact crusher. The blow bar is the most easily damage working parts in the impact crusher and its wear degree is much more serious than any other crushers.
